I have a 94 integra LS. The motor was swapped with a b20block with a gsr head. It has a p28 ecu and is chipped. So the advise i am looking for is what should i do with it. I have about $1,200 and i am wondering what would be better. Getting a used lsv engine to replace mine or turbocharging my current engine. I have also considered building my engine instead of either of those. I am wondering which idea would better benefit me.

I think I'm confused. Why would you go from a B20-Vtec to an LS-Vtec?

In any case, for $1200 the best option is none of the above. You'd use half of that tuning whatever you have done, and that doesn't leave enough for anything substantial.

Maybe cams and a tune would be your best bet, or save for something else. Don't run too much boost on a B20 unless you spend some money on the block. The cylinder walls can't stand up to much boost on those engines without reinforcement. And don't even consider FI or serious all-motor tuning unless you can pay to play.

 

Sell the whole b20v swap depending on condition give or take 1300$ if its mostly stock w/ tranny, take the 1200$ you have, now you got 2500$
