Bigger turbo, new manifold, more fuel, possibly pushing the Walbro to the edge, I don't know much about the LS head stock flowrate but I don't know if you'll be making 600 with that either.

P&P head, 404 camshafts, at least an aeromotive fuel pump, (or twin walboro, or a bosch, you'll need to reasearch) but no single walboro will do that. And you need a VERY good sized turbo to do it.I recommend about 70lbs/min or more like a 67mm inducer. Even "6262" precision is pushed to 500whp on a straight LS at over 30psi of pressure

Your crank is fine as is as long as clearances are in spec.

As stated earlier, I'd look into more turbo, a different mani, larger injectors and adding a 2nd pump (an inline Walbro or Bosch will get you there)

As I said, (You need to read this regarding using an LS head)

new OEM timing belt tensioner & spring
OEM oil pan/pickup
ATI SuperDamper
ARP Crank Pulley Bolt

Head:
stock P8R casting(big intake valves YAY!)
Cometic 84.5mm headgasket
Crower dual valvesprings
Crower Ti retainers
ARP head studs
BC stg 2 turbo cams
Titan Motorsports adj. cam gears
Skunk2 Intake manifold(complete portmatch)
"Thermal" intake manifold gasket
Blox 70mm cast throttle body

Turbo:
SLS Mini-ram manifold
Precision Billet 6262 Ball-bearing turbo
3" downpipe (just need to fabricate)
Precision 39mm wastegate
big-ish eBay intercooler(bar & plate)
eBay chargepipes
eBay replica HKS BOV or Tial 50mm
Bosch 1000cc injectors(440s arent going to be enough)
Aeromotive 340lph fuel pump

What kind of fuel are u planning on achieving this on? That will help us with your injector sizing.

A 6262 as stated before is pushing it over 500. I would suggest a precision 6776h which is good for 750hp and is what im running.

You will def need at least another walbro or you could run one walbro feeding a bosh or aeromotive.

My setup is as follows with a 650hp goal

Block:
dart tall deck block 84.5mm bore
bc 2.2 stroker kit:
95mm stroke lightweight crank
Crower long rods
Cp 9:5 pistons

Head:
Brian crower stg 2 turbo cams
Brian crower dual valvesprings and ti retainers
Brian crower .5mm oversz valves
Ferrea valve seals
brain crower valve locks
Cometic hg
Skunk 2 cam seal
P&P 3 angle valve job
skunk 2 intake mani
Edelbrock 68mm tb

Turbo setup:
Full race manifold
precision 6776h
tial mvr 44mm wg

Fuel:
id2000cc injectors
Walbro 255 feeding aeromotive pump
aem rail

Misc:
arp head studs
acl bearings
fluidampr crank pulley
hondata im gasket
Aem cam gears
toga high volume oil pump
moroso oil pan and pickup
Dss 3.9 axles

id2000's with two parallel intank walbros, cant go wrong with that. on e85 you can do
800+. you gotta remember when running e85 you are going to have to flow way more then pump gas. so little injectors wont flow e85 enough.

Oh and if you plan on sleeving it... do it now and not later it will save you a **** load of money in the end, and you wont have to break it down and rebuild it twice. do it right the first time.
