will the main relay click if there is no engine harness or ecu?

 

28 views no answer? please i am redoing the interior harness and i have no wires to the rear of the car or cabin harness but i have the ground on the interior harness

when i move the ignition i get power to it like it beeps cause of the door open and i also get powewr to the lights but the main relay doesnt click once


is this normal or is something wrong already
