90 crx si brakes stuck

so i got a 90 crx si an the brakes were getting stuck. so i change the calipers,brake lines, master cylinder. And they still drag. an he check the brake booster an it works. any help and tips will help. thanks

both the front an back but mostly the front one

i was going to say bad calipers but you replaced everything

something is causeing them not to retract.....hmm

i know it weird. the pedal feel good when the car is off and were bleeding the brakes but then we start the car the pedal is soft an goes all the way down.

when we try to spin the rotor by hand it super stuck

ok car off pump brake pedal several times untill it gets hard keep foot on pedal and turn on the car pedal should go soft but not to the ground

well if it goes all the way down then that means that there is air in the system

check for any leaks

leaks on the hardlines or where. i havent notice any leaks on the soft brake lines

check vacuum hose going to booster

i check the master an its good. i was going to replace the booster hoses

try this with engine off apply the brakes and watch the pedal it should hold that position of at least 30 seconds if the pedal starts to rise up during this test you have an internal leak in the booster
