Do any of you Honda Experts out there know what could be causing this noise?

Update to Previous Post:
Found Plug wire that was corroded in two pieces where the wire plugs into the distributor cap. Probably running on 3 cylinders for quite a while based upon how much white residue was on this particular cylinder. I changed all the plug wires, put NGK spark plugs in (I use NGK since that seems to be what's been on all the other Hondas I've owned) and changed the distributor cap.
Still unsure of what the noise is coming from. I removed the timing belt cover and verified the belt was in good shape.
I'm thinking I need to put it on stands and take a look at flex joint (not sure of this terminology) connects the exhaust pipe to the engine.
The issue started after a fill up when the tank was almost completely empty. I drove the vehicle around 5 miles, killed the engine. When the engine was restarted the sound started.
I always heard a little noise after purchasing the car sometimes while accelerating but I could never pin the noise down and acceleration didn't always seem to cause the noise.
The car is in great shape for a 91, interior and exterior.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I believe the problem to be the drive pulley. See the pics below. There is a gap causing metal to metal contact. Anyone know how difficult this is to change? I have a manual for a 92 that we used to own.
Also, does anyone know where I might purchase this part? I found one source at $175 but that seems excessive considering I found the complete camshaft on ebay for $150.
Thanks.
