Welcome to Honda-Tech.
For me, the OEM lip is best, but it depends on what the end goal is - i.e. how aggressive you want the lip to be.
IMO, some of the other lips look awesome from front on shots, but from the side make the car look a bit 'snowploughlike'
But if you're going wider wheels, rear wing, side skirts/strakes etc., then you can be more aggressive with the front lip.
Now, back to the bitching..

I think the mugen lip goes well with it, as long as you get side diffusers that "drop" to the same height of the lip since the mugen lip gives the car a lower appearance
and btw, yes, granted: there may be some really ambiguous questions posted in forums- one's in which the poster should answer by utilizing his OWN research-
but the fact that people waste their time putting down the original poster when they could be using that time to answer his querstion in the first place is kinda contradicting to their whole point. In other words, if the poster is "wasting peoples time" with this thread, why are you wasting YOUR time answering it? if you don't like the question, just don't answer; otherwise, you're the douche for wasting your time to put him down for wasting your time. That makes no sense. You might as well just answer his question. lol
