NC WTB: 88-95 (EF/EG) Civic/CRX

WTB: 88-95 (EF/EG) Civic/CRX
I am in the market for an EF/EG Civic/CRX. I have several requirements, and will not even consider cars that do not meet these requirements:
Musts:
-Working A/C
-Cruise Control
-Passes inspection, aka no OBD-II to OBD-I conversions
-Manual Transmission
-Full Interior (Not stripped/caged)
-Hatch or Coupe, no sedans
-Clean Exterior/Minimal Rust
-Matching paint unless base color was black (aka matching engine bay/door sills unless black)
Preferences (Non-necessities):
-Preferrably Turbo or B/K-Series Swapped
-Something with a nice lip kit
-Something already dropped on a nice suspension w/ wheels
