Gauge cluster with tach swap for 93 DX hatch
As the title says, I have a 93 BONE STOCK(drivetrain, that is) DX hatch and the guage cluster doesnt have a tachometer. This is a problem because the car runs so quiet that I have redlined it a couple times and could barely hear it. This may seem dumb to others, but I got this car to be daily driven and save me on gas. It is deff serving its purpose but I am wondering is the cluster with the tach a plug-n-play situation or am I going to have to do more work? I could run an external tach, but I dont like that idea and I like the clean look of having the stock tach in the cluster. Any answers? This is my first unmodified car since.. Like... EVER.. I am used to loud sports cars where it is obvious when it needs to be shifted. Any help would be appreciated...
