Default New project... many questions. Any help.

Back into honda and I have a project on my hands. Picked up a 94 EG hatch with 2 reasons in mind... Already swapped(b18b1) and no rust+fresh paint. Now the problems, electrical/lighting problems... A lot of wires split/cut/taped/etc everywhere. I've pulled everything out but the dash on the inside and have been looking for someone parting out an EG and maybe getting and interior wiring/harness and just starting over. ANY help, even a good luck, is appreciated. I can post pics so I don't look like an *** because the body is clean(aside a dent fender) and the motor is clean+pulls relatively well(the car has to be light as ****). Thanks again guys!

1.) No turn signals. The corners power on with the headlights, but no hazards and no turn signals. Fuses look good and signal stem(is what I call it off the steering column) goes up/down and it works for the brights(pass side only for the brights, see next).
2.) Drivers side headlight is very dull. When I picked up the car, the drivers side headlight didn't work without wiggling it around and then it was dull. Since the car rides like ****, well, it basically didn't stay on. For this, I changed out the bulbs + harnesses. Fixed it, sorta, the drivers side headlight is ON but still dull. Turn on the brights, it turns off. Passenger side is fine low+high beams work perfect.
3.) No dash/cluster lights... Right now there is some rice *** lights on the cluster. It has an integra cluster pushed into the dash(looks like **** and dont know why anyone would??) w/ integra cluster harness, assuming, because my crv cluster(test fit) and OEM cluster, do not fit the clips.
4.) Radio+radiator fan go to a switch? It doesn't necessarily bother me, but why would anyone have to?

Wow, good luck with that. Hopefully whoever did the swap did a decent job with that part of the wiring.

1) Check the relay, might need to be replaced
2) Couldnt tell you what that is. Maybe further back in the harness or something.
3) That sucks!
4) Reference above statement!

Like you suggested, just get a new interior and under hood wiring harness. Im sure there is an aftermarket resource for this.
