Default Right headlight leaking.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop a headlight from leaking. Its not pooling up water just yet, and today was the first day I noticed it. I am just worried that it will start screwing around with the inside of it. I previously had this problem with my parents 1987 Ford Taurus and got through the situation by taking apart the lens and the base into two separate pieces.

I do not want to have to do that to this one unless I have to. I was looking at it and it seems to be coming up from the bottom. But the removal of this does not look easy because I would then have to readjust them. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

Also any ideas for taillights would be helpful aswell..
