I was just watching TV and they had this report on a new law that took effect today. Basicly If you get caught street racing first time you will get a $500. fine, 6Months In jail And loose your license for a year. If you get caught a second time You get a $1000. fine 1 Year In Jail and loose your license for 2 years. Lets be carefull out there!

 

I see alot of false accusations popping up in the news in the future...

one that you dont know about htat started today is that if you tires chirp, squeal , burnout or whatever you will get a felony charge..... from hwat i was told that is. florida was cool before but now its just becoming very gay...

Thats a bullshit law, theres no way they can put you in jail for street racing. They can give you a ticket but not jail time, especially first time.

thats funny.. here in NC they are a little more fogiving on the street racing but i was in drug cort for my sisters hearing an listening to peoples cases i thought to my self ... " man they didnt get but a slap on a rist " a certian case wich someone had a half a million dollars in money and drugs with the atempt to distrbuite. got 6 weeks of probation at good will!!! thats it .. but barking the tires on your "hot rod" will get you jail time.. hummm tells you a lil somthing about the system!!

 

I dont know, I think its pretty bullshit too. I mean yea, street racing isnt the smartest thing to do, but come on everyone has done it. If you have a modded car, you never get on it on the streets? BS. I just think the laws are gay.
