Default 1991 Civic D2 racing coiover's spring question?

I have D2 adjustable coilovers on my hatch and was wondering it was ok for me to replace the springs with some slightly stiffer ones?
Wasn't sure if they weren't able to be swapped out since they were the adjustable coilovers?

If you went with stiffer or softer rates they might blow. You should ask the company what spring rates they valved the shocks for.
