Default Installing front bushings -- ball joint?

I'm installing PIC/SUJA1 bushings in my front suspension (rear already done), and I was just wondering if it's a good idea to replace the ball joints now? They've got at least 70k on them and possibly 150k.

I'd kinda like to save $80 but I wasn't sure if preventative maintenance was warranted in this case.

Its a good idea, but you can always go back and do it. Once you take the front suspension apart a couple times its easy.

you will need a press, either shop press or rental tool
