Icon2 d15b2 trans help car moves forward in neutral!!!

i just installed a d15b2 5 speed trans in my 88 civic sedan. new flywheel, clutch, throw out bearing, and pilot bearing. the car starts normally WITH the clutch pedal depressed. when i let go of the clutch in neutral the car wants to move forward. when i try to put the car in any gear, it feels normal like its going in, but the car does not go anywhere and car stalls out. i read some forum about it being the "gear change" or "magic" bolt.. i read that when i try to put the car in gear and let off the clutch the trans binds up and stalls the car out. simalar to what 4dref talks about here....https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/car-rolls-forward-when-i-let-clutch-out-neutral-2916663/

if someone could elaborate more on this or give me guidance on how to fix it that would be greatly appreciated!!!! thanks for all the help!!

any info on the tranny you just put in?

Try selecting second gear and letting the clutch out, the car should drive OK, only in second gear though.
