Default Alarm removal - wiring help!

I'm in the process of removing the python alarm installed on my car by the previous owner and had some questions about two of the wires.

The black/white wire in this pic was spliced and routed to
Attachment 538683

this bundle of wires
Attachment 538684

Do i remove the splice and join the black/white wire back together then get rid of the extra bundle of wires?

Also i found a blue wire thats spliced to a yellow wire as you can see in this pic
Attachment 538685

the blue wire goes back to this bundle of wires mentioned previously and i haven't had a chance to trace it back further. Does anybody know where its attached to?
Attachment 538686

Sorry for the noob electrical questions, this is all new to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

just connect the 2 black/wht wires back together they were disconnected for a starter kill. (thus the relay) as for the yellow one it looks like they just used that to extend the blue one. trace it farther and take another pic. it could be a trunk or door trigger. But idk why anyone would tap it way back there

Yeah i figured as much. I'm going to trace the blue wire today and see where it goes. Do you guys think its worth soldering the damaged wires back together or should i get a new ignition switch? Unfortunately there were some other wires damaged due to the "quick" splice thingys they used so i might have to just solder everything back.
