I have a 1992 Honda Accord that had these symptoms. It would start and run fine for 5-10 minutes then shut off and I could not restart the car. Would just crank and crank. After about an hour or so it would start again and repeat. I have replaced the distributor cap, ingition coil, and the main relay. Any ideas?

Ok reading some posts on here I have gone back and tried to check a code. The car is not giving a code and I'm really at a loss as to what to try next. Really can't afford to go get a new car for my son, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

When it dies, check for spark...I'm betting it is not there. Which would lead to testing the ICM, Coil...possible ign switch.
