ls block w/b16 pistons and ls lead..need tune to daily drive

i have a block that i got back from the machine shop w/b16 pistons 81.5mm and wondering if i can slap my ported ls head from the machine shop milled 10 thousandths and not tune?until i get more money or get a base map???

you can have pherable.net burn you a custom base map for $35. there is no reason not too.
