91 Civic Wagon AWD
I saw one for sale recently. The timing belt broke. I have a 91 civic Hatchback with the 1.5 engine. Does the Wagon have the same engine? I also have a spare 1.5 in my garage.
the awd wagon has a D16A6 in it, with bungs for an intermediate shaft. (so it might or might not swap with the MPFi ex/si civics/crxs)
the fwd wagon has a D15B2 in it. (standard DPFi civic dx/lx motor)
so, your 1.5 will bolt up to the awd tranny, but you probably won't have anywhere to hang the intermediate shaft, which is probably a problem.

psychoboy is correct - the 4WD wagon, use an intermediate axle shaft on the driver's side along with the larger Integra type front axles - the intermediate shaft bolts onto the back of the block and the D15 blocks do not have the holes for the intermediate shaft - D15 will not work with 4wd transmission
