GS-R Build All Motor
I'm building the original motor out of my 94 Integra sedan. It's a B18C1. Here is a list of the parts I have. The head has already been assembled.
PR3 head- full port and polish, 5 angle valve job, milled
Ferrera flat face valves with bronze valve guides
Brian Crower dual valve springs and titanium retainers
Brian Crower 63403-2 cams
AEM tru time cam gears
AEM fuel rail
Blox intake manifold- ported runners
Blox FPR and guage
ARP head studs
Wiseco 12.5:1 81.5mm pistons w/ rings
Probe H-beam rods w/ ARP rod bolts
I plan on running E85, I'm still waiting on a few more parts to take it to the machine shop. I'm going to be using the stock crank. I'm looking for a new crank pulley (harmonic balancer). I've heard bad things about the N1 on 1.8+ liters. Any suggestions?

Stout build. What head gasket will you be running on this puppy? I would personally run a 89mm ls crank if i were to build my b series over again.

Any reasoning? I don't plan on running ac or ps.
Simple. Look at the ctr/n1 crank pulley and look at a gsr/ls/b20 crank pulley. It has no harmonic dampening at all. Like i have said before to a member on here. Take it off/do not run it before your oil pump takes a random **** at a random rpm.
The Type R has a special harmonic damper that protects at higher rpm (part #13810-P73-J01 for $146). Or you can go with ATi for a racing/expensive alternative.

I understand that part. but why would I run the stock pulley over a different one?
There's nothing an N1 pulley can accomplish that a lightweight flywheel can't. Your better off running a lightweight flywheel WITH a harmonic damper.
