Tire rubbing
Would a 07 Honda civic ex be able to fit 18's with a tire size of 225/45/18? Thanks for any help. And no suspension mods all stock no drop and would the fenders have to be pulled or rolled.
Those tires are way too big for your car. 215/40-18 would be the correct size for 18" wheels.
Thanks for the info but yah i wish i could get the info so easy. Its for my cousins car and he isn't completely into cars to learn all that stuff so sometimes he doesn't even know himself what he would like to do is take the tires from his old rims. He was hoping they would fit whatever new rims he decides to buy so there is no set offset at the moment. The lug pattern is different so he cant use his old rims but they were 18s and the tires he had on them were perfectly new. So he wanted to get new rims that would fit the tire but wasn't sure if they would rub or not with the set up but thanks again.
Thanks for the help guys your right k5 the tires are 225/40/r18 my mistake I had my bro in law double check. So now the offset what is the offset on your rims bee guz and did u have to adjust camber or roll/pull fenders or get spacers or anything? Once again thanks so much u all have been very helpful so far. What is the highest recommended offset if it is known.
