I was just looking through the new issue of Hot Rod and saw this RWD EF build. Not Honda powered but the car looks pretty badass.



It's being built to compete in Hot Rod's Drag Week which is a series of events where a car has to travel 1000+ miles street driven from track to track trying to run as fast as possible. Larry Larson ran high 6's last year and the owner of this car's Dad runs low 7's in a 57' Chevy.

A little info on it from the magazine:

434ci chevy, twin PTE 76mm turbos, th400, 315/60R15 MT drag radials etc.

I talked to Bill lutz (his Dad) when he was at milan dragway a few weeks ago testing his new pro mod car and he was telling me about this honda he's doing for his son and it will be epic.

 

Thats ****in WIN! Being raised into Chevy, and then building Hondas. I dont see how I cant love this. I want one.

 

Weird, i will have to check it out some time this guy is local to me here.
