Just a little poll to see what the majority of people think about altezzas.

 

I'm going to go way against the norm, especially in this forum and say that I like them. I dont like the "fast and the furious" look, but i like having a few decals, altezzas, and maybe a little chrome here and there. Its just my style. Flame away

 

Personally I hate the way altezza's look. Not because they are the "cool" thing to put on your car.......

if you are going show then do what it takes to win... don't throw on a pair of altezzas on your stock car and think u have a bling bling #1 fo sho car... that's like putting i/h/e on your car and saying yeah, i'm going all motor... no bitch that means u're going i/h/e

 

 

Well, where I live either you have a completly stock car and dont care / have no idea how a car works or you are a Fast and the Furious type person.. there isnt a track within like 75 miles of where I live. Plus, I dont have a lot of money to spend on the engine, so basically once I get a nice sounding, sorta perky car I just care about how it looks.

well, i personally do not like altezas, but i do have clear corners on my car. what do you all think of clear corners?

 

i use to have them, but good thing i don't have them anymore! now i think it looks gay.

 

reading this is really... disturbing haha- i wont clown u for doing what u guys want to ur cars... but i cant even stand altezzas... on ALTEZZAS! if i had an IS i would paint the tailights red dude.. foreal... sorry thats just me

oh and on the sticker thing- i dont know anybody that really says "stickers are gay" its the type of sticker and what it says- i never want to see anoter MUGEN sticker on the side of a stock 2 door civic, or a TRD sticker on a prelude- or a powered by honda sticker anywhere- or CIVIC across ur window-...ect get my drift?

Oh defiantly man, I hear you. I would only put a sticker of a product I owned and was very proud of. Plus, since there is no theft in my general area, the chance of a car theft is little to none. I believe there has been one car theft a few years ago but the guy got caught driving it to work. Hey, I live in Maine, what do you expect

I'm gonna go out on an extremely huge limb here, but I like the c/f ones ( i have a pair of them). I hate the chorme ones though. WAY over played, and everyone likes to put them on their stock cars and think they're bad ***. I'm all about the show and being different though. I'm gonna modify them some how when I get my car redone though, either smoked or all candy coated red. http://www.teameci.com/wayne.html here are some pics and specs of my car (all show, no go for now). Saving up to build the motor (gonna attempt to build a 1.6 SOHC n/a). Just do whatever you want, its your car, not anyone elses. If it makes you happy, then that should be good enough, and good luck.

 

 

I hope in F&F 2 that all the cars have Rotas, Spoon, Mugen, and JDM parts on them so I can bash everyone that has bashed me because I did what I wanted to MY car and went against what the majority of H-T likes.

 

ur car dosent look bad- but i think u would mess it up my putting altezzas on it dude- i dont care if tey are carbon fiber and actually they carbon fiber is fake.. so yea-- all u tho

nah man, i joined H-T for a place to meet people with the same love for modifying hondas and acuras. i didnt join H-T so i could be told to throw on a set of rota wheels and tell stories of my street racing. im not going to conform to what everyone else thinks is cool. its just like the "stunna" kids that are so hated around here, they all see one thing done to a car so they all do it and it becomes played out then bashed on H-T. if everyone then on H-T does what everyone else is doing because "if u cant beat them join them" then that becomes played out. so ill keep doing what i want to my car, if you dont like it, i dont care. im just sick of hearing it.

I didn't like Altezzas before it was trendy

 

It seems that people first started putting altezzas on their cars to make them look different. Now i see more cars with altezzas then without. I dont like em at all.
