unless you want a ton of stretched tire and double digit negative chamber (don't even know if that is possible) you are not going to get a negative offset wheel on an S front or back, with stock fenders. Even then I don't think you will get it to work.
try doing some homework first before you ask questions like this..... You'l realize that a stock bodied s2k can't run negative offsets unless you want to make it look stupid or fun a ridiculously narrow rim.... so much fail... even Dom gives you the facepalm

Well, to answer the OP's question instead of being a douche..
I've ran 19x9.5 -5 offset all around on my S before no problem. I just rolled the fenders/rear quarter panels a little bit.

Even though I've owned an Si for 5 and a half years (still have it) and just now got my S2000 I totally know what you mean and have quoted you for truth. I've already run into so many people who just want to hard park their S' (not saying that is you OP but I have seen it a lot). I view these cars as race cars and will not modify it to the point that performance is hurt.
Figure out tire sizes you want to run
Then you can decide size and offset
Figure out what suspension parts you have and need to buy
Then you do bodywork around all that
9" +30 all around is pretty reasonable and even a 6 year old could get the stance worked out. The bigger you go the more time and skill it will take.

I'd like to see that.... pics please... what tire size are you running and how much camber?
Specs on the car below
Front: 18×9.5 +12 (2mm Spacer) = 18×9.5 +10
Rear: 18×10.5 +15 (5mm Spacer) = 18×10.5 +10

I don't know about you guys but this car looks pretty stupid. ANd Op would even run 19s? That'd be even more terrible

is that TJ's old car? and you needa lighten up a bit, the point is to try to convince the OP to do something stupid. I can see that the obvious sarcasm went over your head. But yeah dude, if I wanted to run extreme specs it'd be no problem lol... 9.5 wide at -5 is about the same as 10.5 at +7. The S you showed in your specs is stock body still, and it ain't all that hard to chop the rear quarters and rivet on the overfenders or to go full-on widebody to give more clearance. It's all a matter of preference, trial and error, understanding, and cost. It's not innovative, it's not new, and it's been done to death now.
i'm not gonna do **** to prove something to someone over the internet dude lmfao.

sorry about that, just took it the wrong way. Reason being is that so many people try to do stupid things with fitment these days, that type of question isn't uncommon unfortunately.
X3. See so many in Chicago now with that fugly, hardparker look. Maybe I'm getting old and just don't get it. It definitely takes away driving the car the way it was meant to be driven.

when the wheels stick out like that it looks very mexican... not beeing racist or anything.. its like the old style trucks with wheels sticking out... lol i dont see why people like the look of rims poping out of the car..
I think the focus is to be different and extreme in a sense that's not seen very often. Since it's "flush" to the rear quarter and front fender, that's as extreme/precise as the wheel/suspension combo will allow.
In light of that, it draws attention because everyone's wondering how that was done and probably waiting for you to hit a dip in the road to rip off the front bumper. Then there's the artistic/aesthetics of it, with no fender gap and very little floorgap it changes the focus of the lines in person and in picture. With the absence of gaps, it forces the negatives to be everything surrounding the car (instead of the fender gaps etc. creating a distraction) and so forth.
there's infinite ways to interpret it, and it def isn't the most functional setup, but as soon as I move down the 5 you can bet your *** i'm running double digit width rears and cruising speed limit
