Anyone ever change their bushings on their 4th Gen Lude??
Hey guys, a friend of mine wants to change all his bushings. I was wondering how big of a process this is. He is gonna change his shocks, add strut tower bar too.
Any ideas??

Be vewwwwy careful with this. Doing a full polyurethane bushing kit can prove to be less than fun. The install may require using a press for several of them. Also they squeak like mad after a while and you have to keep certain ones greased. My Civic was set up for autocross and sounds like a mice convention. The bushing for the sway bars on the Prelude are poly and make very little noise. If anything this would be the area I would concentrate on for ease of DIY. A very simple project that takes maybe 1 hour per bar. If you are installing camber kits-read the warning on both Ingalls and Specialty Products websites about using poly. They want you to use the rubber ones (I did it that way) for street and ocassional track use.
As to tower bars-get the Neuspeed and be done with it. I think Skunk2 and Cusco have one now, but the fit on my Neuspeed and how it holds is excellent (no flex at all). For the rear upper I have a Spoon, but would think that Skunk2 and Cusco may have that covered too.
Good luck and happy luding
