Cant get cel code !?!?

Recently my car is not idleing and the cel light went on,so i try to read it but when i jump the cables the cel light just keeps flashing making it impossible to read what could it be?

what's the year and model of your integra?
and what do you mean "not idling"?

I have an obd1 95 gsr i mean the car just jumped from 750 rpm to 1.5k ,i tried to get the cel code but it just keeps blinking

Continous blinks? Ive never heard of that. Surely there is a mistake on counting blinks?

I figure it out,one of the intake manifold preassure sensor cable was ripped off
