95 Civic Ex Cp..LS-T/Full Set up..I need Input

Whats up Ive got a 95 Civic Coupe Ex...95k On Body..Bought this Civic from a buddy 2 Years ago and& he payed 7,250.The car was so Perfect had 61k Original Miles..Car Came from So Cal&Rust Free fresh under coat...He drove it for 2 years and Blew up the Z6 wit 67k Miles &blew up another Z6 he bought due to lazyness Not checking oil...An he Put a D15b Jdm motor in it & was drivin Drunk &ed in FenFell Asleep was Slideing on GaurdRail &Cavder...Ripped a hole in Door& Hit the Driver side rear quater an Bent the front driver Spindle assembly&Lower Control Arm so I had to swap that out& Rebuild quater back up and Put fender on& Now im finding Front door &Have to Paint..
Im posting this For you guys input on What would be Best investments&What Size Turbo is Good for my step up&Injectors&Manifolds&Etc

The tech forum is NOT for asking advice what to do next, it's in the rules FYI.
Your best be to tell how much you're "pushin" would be to dyno it. Otherwise it could be in the range of 170whp to 270whp.
I will give you a few answers to some questions.
#1: If it was installed wrong, yes.
#2: Nope, more boost > cams. Cheaper too.
#4: forged pistons/rods
#5: inline pro
#6: none exists for that price NEW. Used, it would be a big 16g.
