hello, thanks for the help... Im ripping my hair out trying to figure out this problem.. My car (1997 del sol S) has sat for 1 year, and im getting it back on the road this week.. I had to rewire the drivers side front blinker socket, because a deer ripped it out a year ago.. anyway when I go to turn on either turn signal (right or left) nothing happens.. it clicks inside the car, and both rear turn signals work perfectly... But when I put my low beams and/or high beams on then front turn signals just remain lit, they dont blink at all, just stay light... I only have one front blinker bulb right now, that i keep swapping from the right to left front blinker socket, and both sides just remain lit... I just noticed as I was writing this up that the 1 dual filament amber bulb Im using that I keep swapping between both sockets(I only have one bulb right now)... anyway I noticed one of the filaments is broken... But would this cause the blinkers to not go on? and to only go on when the headlights are on? and like I said the front blinkers just remain on when the headlights are on, NO BLINKING.. so is this caused by this one broken filament? the bulb is a amber (3PD) 2057, not sure if thats the right bulb for a del sol.... please help me with this thanks

 

I repeat, The front blinkers do not work at all, only when the low or high beams are on, and they do not blink they just stay lite... is it the broken filament in the blinker bulb causing this??? or a grounded wire problem?

 

Mine does The thing. But it blinks fast. But it's an on off blink. Not hi low like it should be. Bump for an answer for you that could possibly help me out aswell
