front and rear bushing issue help!

front and rear bushing issue help!
car 90 integra LS
i bought a front and rear swaybar bushing but both are small specially the rear. front are short for about 2mm but i put it anyway, for the rear cant fit at all sway bar way bigger than bushing!
what size bushing do i need?

ordered oem part #:
51316-SK7-900-Acura BUSH, FR. STABILIZER (23MM)
52315-SK7-010-Acura BUSH, RR. STABILIZER
