lip kit / mugen spoiler?

Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket manufacturers that make the factory stle lip kit?

What about an knock off mugen spoiler?

Such as: (i stole the pics from the pic thread)

I cant find anything on the OEM lip kit. Acura has discontinued it.
