Default buying from clubrsx.com

so i ordered a timing chain from clubrsx.com and because i wanted it shipped to my apt instead of my brothers house (where my credit card billing address is @) they want a copy of the front/back of my drivers license and a copy of my credit card. does this sound like a scam?

no. They do that so you don't scam them and it gets shipped correctly. A lot of people forget to tell me not to ship to their paypal address then **** comes back to me. Then they don't want to pay me for shipping again. Plus it's clubrsx... do you think they are going to scam you out of a timing chain when they sell $6000 PPG transmissions and full engine builds? lol

Agreed, CRSX is legit - they're just covering their own hides.

Another idea, is call your CC company, and add an alternate shipping address. they still send the bill to the normal address, but will authorize a payment for the other shipping address as well.

hmmm...thats a good idea, didnt know you could do that. Although CRSX is legit, the ppwrk is kind of a pain.
