Default Injectors leaking MPFI swap

i need help with my mpfi swap so i tried starting it after i double checked all the wiring and the hoses and it was turning over but with no start. when i looked under the hood my injectors were spraying out of where they go into the fuel rail. i am using obd-0 injectors in a z6 fuel rail and IM on a a6 that i bought with dpfi. any help would be great thanks

I don't think there's a difference between diameters going into the fuel rail but my first guess would be the o-rings, replace them and see if that fixes it.
