my main question has to be how can i post pictures and also change the little picture in the left hand corner from a smily face that trail user to something else, and those any one know of a good host for pictures, thanks in advance.

 

Click on My Profile. In there you can control your personal settings. Avatar being one of them. To post a pic you need a site to host it. Try
