Your system could be overpressurizing if both condensor fans aren't running with the A/C on. This could causes stalling and overheating.

Check that both the fans behind the radiator are working when you have A/C on. At idling if the radiator fan doesn't work, it'll get hotter while it's idling; thus, overheat.

Does it shake a little bit before it stalls?

There is an over/under pressure cutout on the compressor.

I would look into something unrelated to the a/c. Sounds like you have engine troubles.

its not overheating when it stalls the only time the temp went up was when it was in park at store with air on for about 15 minutes then the hot hand went up above halfway mark so i cut the car off.and now it stalls even with air off when you slow down to stop and the rpm drop way low.and it does shake just a little prior to stalling.but starts right back up.

That may be. However, I have personally diagnosed stalling complaints due to an overpressurizing system caused by a faulty condensor fan. I stand by my suggestion for a possible cause to this persons symptom.
