97 accord v6 fuel leak
Hello, just looking for some feedback about replacing or repairing the fuel lines..money is really tight, so the most cost effective, not rigged, repair advice, would be appreciated! Hope that makes sense to someone Ha..btw, does anyone know the line size(s)? Thanks in advance for any help
Pre-bent lines from the factory are expensive. If you were so inclined you could make your own with a flaring tool and some stock line from an auto parts store. Use a small pipe bender so you don't kink anything. Have lots of alcohol at the ready. Don't drink and work on this project. Drink to ease your frustrations after walking away from the job for a "breather".
Thanks for the suggestion and reply..I think that's the route I'm going to try..I actually didn't know you could buy the lines already pre-bent either, so if worse comes to worse theres always that..Guessing the best way to find out size is to cut a section out? This thing has 4 lines running next to eachother but they don't look to be the same size..probably should also look closer to make sure neither is a brake line Ha
