Default Clicking noise when turning.

So my accord recently had a new tie rod boot installed and now its making a clicking noise when it turns.
Could it be from the boot hitting the tie rod? Should I maybe replace the rack?
I've also looking to replace the following, front hubs, rear hubs, upper and lower ball joints, and new brakes soon.

Sounds like an axle, go have a mechanic listen to it, they usually don't charge for quickie test drives.

So I looked at napa and to get one its 115$ and core is 62$ so that it would be 53$. Does that sound about right?
