I'm ordering some pistons today, but i was told that Wiseco does not make 9:1 comp. pistons for a B18C...does anyone know if this is true? I was offered 8.8:1 comp. instead, so if I have to go with 8.8:1, am I looking at a noticeable difference in power? it's gonna be turboed...

 

Go with flat top pistons (*10:1), you will be much happier, if we are talking about low amt of boost.

edit - low amt of boost = 7 - 14psi with some standalone offcourse.

i actually plan on running about 10 lbs. daily and about 16-18 lbs. at the tracks..

 

I have JE 9:1 pistons with a .020 over bore for a B18C
they are brand new in the box for $450.00
they have never been used

I have the wiseco 9.8:1 CR..get the 9.8, it's all about the tuning
