What grade of oil to use in my new Swap?
In a few weeks, I'll be swapping in a new completely re-built JDM GSR Engine (see Sig for Engine and Mods to it).
I am about to pick up the oil and fluides needed to fill the new engine.
What type of oil do you recommend? I'm probably going with Mobil 1 SuperSyn (except on the break it... form what I here, it is not recommeded to use Synthetic during break in). But what grade do you recommend. I live in Pennsylvaina, so winters are not all that harsh, nor are summers. I plan on driving this car fairly hard, as a daily driver (not beating on it, but obviously want to have some fun). I was thinking about Mobil 1's 15W-40 (or 50, can't remember what it is), or 0W-40, or should I stick with 10W-30? I know what the numbers mean as far as vescosity, and cold starts, but I just don't know which would be best for my engine.
Suggestions please........

Well... Would that still hold up ok? I mean, from the higher compression (11.8:1), and higher revs (probably around 9-9,500K), and various other things, I would imagen this engine could possible run much hotter than a stock GSR. Do you still think that 10W-30 will be suitable?
I do. I'm not in favor of increasing oil viscosity due to heat. I do tend to run a thinner oil during the cold MI winters.
If you're concerned with thermal breakdown, add an oil cooler and change the oil more often.

True.... an oil cooler is not a bad idea... unfortunetly, I'm all tapped out right now, but that is something I may look into.
Thanks....
