ok i have a 88 si crx that has a d15b with a z6 head car is turboed i just put a headgasket on and now it wont start.it turns over the fuil pump dosnt kick on and its not getting sprak.everything is pluged in the way it was

 

Ok...??? Do some of the basic checks - if you did a head gasket you should be able to check your grounds, triple check connections, is your battery in the car correct, all fuses good, ect... Essentially what you did shouldn't cause your fuel pump to not prime. So get that fixed and go from there.

You changed the headgasket and now it won't spark and fuel pump won't kick in.
I'm assuming you mean that the fuel pump doesn't even prime when you turn the key to ON and not even try to start it.

This really really really sounds like your ground lugs at the thermostat housing are disconnected.

 

ill look at it and the car turns over just wont start

 

the grounds are good just put a new main relay and still wont start
