Car shakes in idle 2002 civic ex

Car shakes in idle 2002 civic ex
I have a 2002 honda civic ex with manual transmission. I was wondering why sometimes when i'm not moving or idling, my car shakes violently even if i'm out of gear or i'm all the way on the clutch pedal. If anyone knows anything about this it'd be greatly appreciated.
