Icon2 Shaving my badges and emblems

Hey I'm taking all of the Acura badges off my teg and gonna shave all of the holes that aren't needed anymore. Also going to shave the engine bay because I took AC, ABS, cruise and someother stuff out and want to make it look clean. So I went and picked up paint first at a body shop and they made me a pint of brush on and an aerosol can. So since all the holes I'm filling are small i was thinking of using glaze putty to fill them and then sand them and paint. I was wondering if there were any better ways to do this?

whats glaze putty? You can either weld them shut and grind it down or use body filler. For bigger holes I would weld it shut first.

Glazing putty is too thin. That stuff is used to fill pinholes over body filler and tiny dents. When you are filling holes you should have some sort of backing before you put any kind of filler over it so the filler has support in the back and something to adhere to otherwise the filler will just crack over time.

Fiberglass on the back and fiberglass resin on the front. Build it up a little and sand smooth with high grit sand paper once it is dry.
