What do you need to know?

 

Where do you put it?

 

ID and does it have a resonator? material?

 

It does have a resonator...I don't have my Hyper Rev with me but it's in there.

 

I believe it was 60mm?

 

It's stainless steel and has a resonator in it.

It also has bottlenecks in it.

It'd be cheaper to have Dave @ SMSP make you a custom b pipe than remove the bottlenecks out of a Spoon unit.

 

its just that mine is doing a metal noise and i really hate it.....just wondering if anyone has the same problem

Are you using a straight pipe? If so, that's your problem.

 

What kind of "metal noise"?
Sort of a ringy resonance or is something "clanging"?

i went to an exhaust shop today and they told me the b-pipe is broken on the inside.........

 

Ouch...Must be the resonator.

 

Where'd the header go?

 

at first i was thinking the b-pipe was hiting that "heatshield" above it but its not.
This noise i can hear it when i start the car, and until 2000/2500 rpms

Damn...that b-pipe only has 1 week.....just wondering if spoon will replace it..

They won't replace it. How much was it? I would probably just leave it since they cost so much. As long as it does not affect performance

 

hmmmm around 350$ us not sure since i have it for 2 months i really dont remember but i only installed it last week because i was waiting for my toda header to put it all at the same time.
Funny thing is that a friend of mine installed full exhaust from spoon and seems to have the same noise....

 

what dose it mean when u say spoon b-pips have a bottle neck (like somethign that restricts exhaust flow?) ? dose other brands have it as well? is the spoon b-pipe good ... i need to know cuz i just ordered one too and i dont want to end up regreting it....
