Recaro SRD Question

Was wondering if you would be able to make a passgner seat to a driver seat not by just switching the rails I understand how that works but im asking about the recline **** if you can switch it over from sides.

Not really sure but there is a thread about taking them apart, I would look at it, maybe you can see the two sides.
