Default Diffrence between pr4-4 an pr4-5 heads

I have a 92 gs da with a jdm b18a the head code says pr4-5 I also have a 90 rs with pr4-4 whats the diff im assuming -5 would be to indicate that its obd1 jus trying to figure this out thanx for the info

From what I understand it just indicates what production line it came off. All OBd1 and 2 heads were the same casting, it was the sensors and distributors that were different.
