Default E85 International racers

This might be a long shot, but I was wondering if there are any international racers that have ever purchased E85 in the states and have it shipped out abroad.

If you did can you please let me know how you did it and where you got the paperwork needed to export the E85.
Thanks.

Mods, I'm not sure where to place this, please feel free to move it if it doesn't belong here.

which country?
I use E85 but I am stationed in Germany, and they sell it here, at least 1 station in each major city, so I buy more than enough at a time.
you probably can have it shipped by boat.

I'm from Curacao. I'll PM U.
I've know several freightforwarder in Miami but they told me they need the supplier to provide an IMO and MSDS form.

I've been in touch with Rockett, the lady was really helpful but they're shipping qoutes was more than 1/2 the price of a 55 gallon drum.

I would appreciate it if someone can point me out to an E98 seller or plant that sell it in 55 gallon drums.
