I have a 1990 Accord and I can't get it out of park unless I insert the key to manually bypass the Shift Lock Solenoid. I have checked the Brake Switch an Shift Lock Solenoid (SLS) and both are good. I suspect that the Interlock Control Unit (ICU) that drives the SLS is bad, i have looked through the service manual and a Haynes manual but nothing shows the location. Does anyone know where the ICU in located?
