my 93 accords timeing belt broke i was doing about 30 miles an hour when pow it just quit . it didnt make any sound or nothing so im wondering if the valves are bent or any internal engine damage .. does any one know would i have to reset the timing on it or what.. i am at a total lost and may have to say goodbye to her. and i did have te belt replaced like 5 years ago .so this sucks please help...thanks
If you're asking these questions, you're probably not qualified to check for bent valves. Take it to a professional mechanic.
Keep in mind timing belts are 70k miles (IIRC) or 7 years.

If you know how to do the timing belt job yourself, do it and hope for the best. Sometimes you might just get lucky.
There is a guide on the Accord FAQs on how to do timing belt. If you're up to it, do it. If not, as previously mentioned by other people, bring it to a mechanic.
Best of luck...
