HID's with DRL's
Hi from Canada
My civic, a 99 SE Sedan, is needing a bit more...style
and the lights started to burn out 
I've wanted to get HID's, but here in canada, you need to have daylight running lights. Is there anyway i can get the required power to the HID's? Since DRL's send less volts?
