I just bought this steering wheel. But i need help knowing what i need to buy to set it up with my 95 Honda civic Coupe.

You also need a hub. Your second link is just a quick release. It will not work without a hub. A 96-00 hub will not work. Next time read the whole item description. It says plainly "This requires a hub adaptor (not included). Any hub adaptor will fit this as long as it has the 6 hole bolt pattern."

Should have bought a better steering wheel. That no-name Ebay stuff is garbage.

 

I know the no name brand is garbage but i just need something to make it harder for thieves to steal my car. It was recently stolen and i dont want it to happen again.

 

Nothing to stop a thief from using their own steering wheel and quick release from stealing your car.

An good alarm and some kill switches should be considered as well. Don't cheap out.
