92 civic hatch dx timing the ignition and speedometer problems anyone with advice?

wat up my jdm homies
im lost in doing the timing in my 92 civic dx hatch i know its off cause i adjust the timing belt to perfect but before that my boy moved the dizzy so i believe i have to adjust the dizzy again i have a timing light wich i got from our friendy autozone im just wander if anyone has pics of where to jump the wires and the location of the box and how to alighn the marks any info is good info
also the speed ometer is acting funny sometimes it wont work but of course when u hit it it works what could be the problem with that im hoping its reallly nothing big cause i finally got the hydraulic suspension working and the neons all hooked up inside my ride
but once again any info is good info just let me know if you got any ideas good looks

Check your speedometer plug for corrosion.

ok now i will have to take the whole assembly out right? and does it run off of a relay? and thanks but i still cant figure out wat wires to jump on my car and those marks that he had i dont think they are on mine and i dont have a hood sticker either like he does

No just pull the plug off the vss and inspect.
Every stock honda should run off 16*BTDC for ignition timing.
For the plug did you even bother to look under your glove department? It's a 92, so it should be there.
