my ef2 is currently using front knuckles from an EG6. from my understanding it is slightly longer compared to the ones that are for the EF-series. i am seeking to replace it as mine is currently damaged. it was suggested to me to source out knuckles from ef9 because of the bigger rotor and caliper size, but no luck so far. the ones that are for sale are just too expensive and out of my budget. i do not want to get another set from the EG series as the handling of the car is not as good as when using the ef9 knuckles. any advice or solution? if my explanation is not clear enough, i would try my best to make it clearer. thanks in advance.

i'm from Malaysia. hoping to find solutions and ideas on how to get the same type of handling if i still could not find those from the ef9.

 

im a little amazed you can even drive with the EG knuckles, the geometry is so far off, its never recommended.

you can use DA or EF knuckles. thats really it. i dont know what the junkyard situation in malaysia is, but its just not an issue to find replacement knuckles here in california for a 20 year old car.

 

yea, i know. it handles like ****. the EF i currently own came with the eg knuckles and it has given me a lot of problem.

are DA knuckles the same spec as EF? if it is, i'd keep my eye out for that too. it sucks over here. parts are super hard to find. we could not get any brand new parts from dealers. either we have to get it from the US or find another solution.
